加拿大瑞尔森大学刘光军教授学术系列讲座（二）

2014年7月17日下午，刘光军教授为在读研究生和部分科研人员作了题为《On Research Publications》的学术报告。

报告中，刘老师主要分享了如何写好文章和投稿方面的经验：从如何选择领悟有影响力的期刊和会议，到写文章时的确定标题、写摘要、引言概述、模型和问题阐述、文章引出的解决方法、实验仿真和效果，到最后的工作结论和参考文献等各方面，详细的介绍了容易出现问题的环节，最后大家都结合自己的问题与刘老师进行了积极的提问和交流。刘老师的讲座对研究和写文章很有帮助，为同学们在科研道路上上指明了方向。

Biography: Guangjun Liu is currently a Professor and Canada Research Chair in Control Systems and Robotics at the Department of Aerospace Engineering of Ryerson University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in 1996. Before becoming a faculty member in 1999, he worked as a systems engineer and design lead for Honeywell Aerospace Canada on the Boeing X-32 program. He was a postdoctoral fellow with Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, in 1996 before he joined Honeywell in 1997. Dr. Liu has authored or co-authored more than 150 papers in international journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Liu’s current research interests are in the areas of control systems, robotics and aircraft systems. Dr. Liu is currently serving as a technical editor for the IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics and a member of the editorial board of Robotica, and he is a licensed professional engineer of Ontario, Canada.
